A new concept
of food
New eating habits demand product formats that are much more practical, easy to use, and that allow us to enjoy them from the very moment we want them.
The shavings are a fine and small cut format of ham that enhances its flavor and allows for multiple applications and ways of consuming it: appetizer, meal, snack, between meals, culinary accompaniment and an infinite etcetera.

At VIRUTEO, we are a novel, groundbreaking, and modern brand, but we believe in the power of tradition as the foundation of an exceptional product made from the finest hams and pigs from the dehesa (Iberian pastureland). Our philosophy is based on three fundamental pillars:

Artisan Iberian shavings
Small, silky cuts that concentrate all the flavor, revealing the aromatic complexity of hams cured in the best drying sheds of Extremadura and Salamanca.

Artisan pork loin shavings
Spiced sheets that capture the essence of traditional Iberian pork loin, enriched with La Vera paprika and garlic, creating a unique taste experience of the traditional flavors of Iberian products.

Horeca and professional
For the Horeca channel and professional distribution, at VIRUTEO we have larger weight formats, with transparent bags of 250 grams and 500 grams, vacuum-packed.
At the customer’s request, we also provide trays with greater capacity and packaged in a controlled atmosphere.
