Retira-ho tot a un plat i mantingues-ho calent. <\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">En una paella neta (o la mateixa), afegeix un bon raig d&#8217;AOVE i fregeix els 4 ous a foc mitj\u00e0 fins a aconseguir vores daurades i fils cruixents, mantenint el rovell l\u00edquid. Afegeix sal grossa nom\u00e9s a les clares. <\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Per al topping cruixent: escalfa una paella petita antiadherent (sense oli), posa els 40 g de llimadures de pernil restants i cuina-les 1-2 min a foc mitj\u00e0 fins que quedin com xips.
